Top #3 Winners of Challenge #99-Snow/Use Mostly White!

Hi and welcome back to Simply Create Too! The last challenge of the year has ended so now we announce the Top #3 for that challenge which was #99 "Snow/Use Mostly White". They were chosen by the DT and are:
